Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement (development, marketing, IT support, staffing, legal filings, or training) are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over this general page.
Project-based work is invoiced per the schedule in the signed proposal. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Government fees for registrations and filings are billed separately from our service fee.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom code, designs and content transfers to the client upon full payment. ETECHNOINDIA retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.
Certificates issued through ETECHNOEDGE remain valid and verifiable through our portal. Misrepresentation of a certificate's status may result in it being flagged as invalid.
ETECHNOINDIA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
